Our philosophy

Our philosophy is pairing – the art of combining beer and gastronomy! We have collected the best examples of brewing art, paired them with signature dishes from Chef Sergey Goryunov and are happy to open the world of new flavor combinations – sometimes very bright or, on the contrary, delicate and carefully complementing each other – to our guests.

Our aim is to increase beer literacy! We do not just offer the best drinks from around the world but give the skills to evaluate and taste them. Because beer is as complex and multidimensional  product as wine, with its rich history and no less prominent representatives.

Beer Pairing is a place where stereotypes about beer get broken, where legends of beer industry are combined with signature dishes from the chef.

On our menu, you can try both Belgian, English and German, as well as Russian beers, from familiar Ale, Lager, Stout and Porter to rare guests of beer cards like premium Rodenbach prepared in the style of Champagne, or Samuel Smith’s which has received almost all international beer awards. Space

The space of our restaurant is divided into two floors. The first one welcomes guests with a large bar area, a wood-fired josper grill and cozy leather armchairs and sofas. The space has elements of loft design mixed with paintings on the walls and warm pleasant light.

The second floor is an intimate space with abundance of wooden textures, comfortable plush sofas and back-supporting armchairs. The windows offer a beautiful view of the territory of Depo. There is also access to the roof.

In the summer period, guests can enjoy two verandas at once: a green and decorated with flowers one on the ground floor which creates a feeling of a holiday in the country-side, and an exclusive secret rooftop veranda, which offers a breathtaking view of Depo panorama.

Chef Sergey Goryunov will select the best menu for you based on the theme of your event and personal wishes. We can fill it with seafood, focus on meat dishes cooked on a josper grill, or offer a fusion-style menu where each dish is a separate piece of art.

Banquet – from 3500 rub per person;

Gastro dinners

Regular gastronomic events is a great opportunity to taste the idea of ​​Pairing and get acquainted with our menu while spending time in pleasant company of professionals. The theme of each dinner is unique. Chef Sergey Goryunov develops menu being inspired by traditions of different countries and chef sommelier Yana Mitrokhina selects both well-known breweries and newcomers of domestic or foreign industry to complement the event with the perfect drink. Also, we do not miss the theoretical aspects giving the floor to experts of beer industry who reveal secrets of production and history of brand formation to guests.
